Samsung Stays the Stay
Foss Patents is reporting that the Appeals Court for the Federal Circuit has granted Samsung’s motion to stay the injunction pending the appeal. Foss reports that this might be a temporary stay, as Apple has until July 12 to respond to Samsung’s motion. Whether Samsung will be successful on the appeal is still to see.… Continue Reading
