Android Pay Brings Red Carpet Access

The newest James Bond film, Spectre, releases November 6, 2015 in the United States. Google, via its new Android Pay program, is giving you an opportunity to join the Spectre premiere in Mexico City.

Android Spectre Premiere

The rules are simple: use Android Pay from today, September 28, 2015, until October 15, 2015, and you’ll receive entries to be the lucky winner. It’s one entry per day, for a total of 18 entries per person.

The VIP package includes air travel to Mexico City, hotel accommodations, meals and on-demand car service for two nights, for four people. The VIP treatment features a personal stylist and a $1,000 USD shopping spree for each person. The winner and friends will each also receive $250 USD gift cards loaded on their Android Pay apps plus new Android devices — probably the Nexus 5X or Nexus 6P — featuring some of the best Bond movies from Google Play, bringing the total prize package value to $25,000 USD.

That sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me. And Spectre looks like a pretty sweet movie to see in a VIP experience.

Time to get tapping.

And non-US residents, sorry, this one’s not for you.
