Just Remove the Apps

There’s no more of a gut-wrenching feeling than staring down at your mobile device and wondering, “can I do it?” The it, is deleting that application.

Dump the excess apps

I know each of us have plenty of excess applications. Quite often, we’re so accustomed to seeing the application on our home screen that we forget the app’s even taking up space. Or worse, continuing to send information about our device and usage.

Mostly though, we’re fearful of uninstalling the apps because we may actually need to use the app again. This is my big fear. I often think “what if” when I ponder future need.

“The only thing we have to fear…”

Do you cringe at the large number of unused apps in your app drawer? Then you’ll be pleased to know that removing those applications brings an unparalleled sense of satisfaction. You can stop being an “app whore,” and finally start taking control of your device.

Plus, if you need the app again, just look at the “All” tab under the My apps page.

Take control

Uninstalling apps from your app drawer is really easy. Simply long-press on the application until it’s selected, and then drag it to the Uninstall trash can at the top.

So go ahead, remove that app. The first step is the hardest.
