Everyone who reads this blog knows how much I advocate that every Android user enables Android Device Manager. If you don’t know, ADM is Android’s answer to Apple’s popular Find My iPhone feature. ADM allows you to remotely locate, lock, ring, or wipe your Android device. In terms of worth, ADM is a cheap way to expand some convenience and peace of mind.
Well, today Google released an Android Device Manager app that will make managing your devices much easier.
I honestly haven’t played with this app too much, but I suspect it’ll be a lot like the ADM website. Thus, you can control any device connected with your Google account.
I haven’t had any problems in the tests I’ve run, so install the app now for extra security.
