I said Samsung would sue Apple for infringing on its 4G LTE technology, and now Samsung’s started fighting. However, it doesn’t look like it’s over 4G, but rather a set of other patents Samsung already sued Apple for, and merely seeks to add the iPhone 5 to the list of infringing devices.
This lawsuit came one hour before Judge Lucy Koh lifted the ban on Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
This will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Ugh, can’t the two sides just agree to disagree? Probably not. Well, then can’t one of the firms (preferably Samsung’s side) at least hire me to live blog specific events and give “breaking news” reports of the procedure? Everyone like a little juicy gossip.
