I’m running live with the Android 4.1.1, Jelly Bean, update for the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity.
You should get an OTA notification of the update’s availability, if not just go to Settings > About tablet > Check update.
The process will take about 10-15 minutes, then you’re running the latest and greatest Android OS.
