Foss Patents is reporting that the Appeals Court for the Federal Circuit has granted Samsung’s motion to stay the injunction pending the appeal. Foss reports that this might be a temporary stay, as Apple has until July 12 to respond to Samsung’s motion. Whether Samsung will be successful on the appeal is still to see. But, I can’t help think that this is a positive thing for Samsung, considering that the Federal Circuit denied Samsung’s similar motion related to the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
