Courtesy: Android AuthorityWell, Apple took some of their cash reserves and posted a bond for $95 million yesterday. shortly after Judge Koh denied Samsung’s motion to stay.

Samsung presented, in my opinion, some well-thought-out arguments against the injunction, but these failed to persuade the judge. This injunction is going to hinge on the ‘604 patent, which as Foss Patents tells us, is the Siri function, and more.

Now, if you take a look at Google Play, you’ll notice that the Galaxy Nexus is “coming soon.” What’s not said, is that for now, the Galaxy Nexus has come and gone. This only strengthens my resolve to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S III on July 10 when it’s available on Verizon’s network.
