As expected, Google is launching it’s Dropbox competitor, Google Drive. The service will offer 5 GB of cloud storage for users. I suspect this will coincide with a lot of Google’s cloud service, such as Docs.
So, my question is, will you be signing up for Google Drive? If so, how much do you think it will replace your current Dropbox utilization?
I likely won’t swap out to Google Drive. I’m fully vested in Dropbox (I pay for the upgraded storage), and I think it would be difficult to transfer everything over and get acquainted. Although, like any good internet consumer, I’m easily swayed by fancy integration and a slick UI.
