There have been several complaints about commenting, or the inability to, on blog posts. This error seems to occur for readers using Mozilla Firefox, and relates to a translation with the browser’s Javascript.

If you get a reCaptcha error saying you didn’t post properly, probably because you didn’t see it, here’s a couple solutions:

  1. Use a different browser. I prefer Google Chrome.
  2. Disable Javascript in your Firefox browser: Menu > Options > Uncheck Enable Javascript > Refresh the page (F5).
  3. Register as a user on the Droid Lawyer blog. There is no reCaptcha requirement for registered users.
